In conjunction with a NASCAR industry-wide effort to offer free NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and XFINITY Series tickets for children 12 and under next season, Atlanta Motor Speedway will offer select kids' tickets for just $10 to the March 5 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 NASCAR Cup Series race as part of a Speedway Motor Sports, Inc.-wide "Fans First" initiative.

"Coming to the races should be about fun, not finances," said Speedway Motorsports' president and CEO Marcus Smith. "Now, a parent can get his or her child through the gates for an entire weekend of NASCAR events - including qualifying night, a Camping World Truck Series and XFINITY Series race and a Cup Series race - for just $10. This is one of the best, if not THE best, family values in all professional sports.

"NASCAR fans have passed down their passion for motorsports from generation to generation for decades, and through this new Fans First initiative, we'll continue that legacy by introducing young fans to the sport and engaging them for years to come."

With an adult ticket purchase for the March 5 race, fans can buy up to two $10 tickets for children ages 12 and under in any grandstand section. This offer is also available at all of the 13 Cup Series events at Speedway Motor Sports, Inc. facilities beginning next year.

Along with the Fans First initiative, students of any age with a valid student ID can reserve a seat in the Winners Grandstand for Sunday's race starting at just $19.

Fans who have already purchased kids tickets for the 2017 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 can contact the AMS ticket office to request a credit of the difference. The balance will be applied to the purchaser's account to be used toward future racing events at AMS.

All tickets for the 2017 NASCAR weekend at AMS, including kids and student pricing, as well as the "Good," "Better," and "Best" weekend packages, are available for purchase now. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit http://www.atlantamotorspeedway.com or call the AMS ticket office at (770) 946-4211 or (877) 9-AMS-TIX.
