Perhaps the largest, most diverse auto show in the Southeast, the Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama is more than just hot rods and loud motors. The 3rd annual celebration of anything with an engine at Atlanta Motor Speedway April 16 and 17 has added a couple of hot, new attractions to an already jam-packed two days of family-friendly motoring fun.

Joining BIGFOOT® monster truck car-crushing exhibitions on the two-day festival's extreme motorsports lineup, "Cowboy" Kenny Bartram's Steel Rodeo acrobatic freestyle motorcross exhibitions adds some high-flying, two-wheeled action to the Atlanta Motorama for the first time.

Bartram, a Freestyle Motocross champion and daredevil extraordinaire, brings his team of professional dirt-bike riders for non-stop action featuring sky-high jumps and tricks that the whole family can enjoy. Bartram's accolades include winning an unprecedented 13 consecutive International Freestyle Motocross Association events, seven world championships, 10 X Games and Gravity Games medals and many other titles. In recent years, he has appeared on numerous television programs including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and 60 Minutes and in music videos for country music stars Chris Cagle and Bucky Covington.

The Steel Rodeo will perform freestyle motocross exhibitions multiple times each day of the event, and there is no extra charge to watch the aerial acrobatics for Atlanta Motorama attendees. Bartram and the Steel Rodeo riders will be available to meet and sign autographs at designated times between shows.

Adding to the fan-centered fun at the Atlanta Motorama this year is an opportunity for fans to slide behind the wheel themselves and challenge friends and family in an all-out go-kart racing duel. No Limits Go-Karting will make its Motorama debut with souped-up go-karts and a dedicated karting track near the Motorama Bikefest. Show attendees can race for $10 each throughout both days of the show.

Along with both Cowboy Kenny's Steel Rodeo and the No Limits Go-Karting experience, many other motoring exhibitions and activities will make up the 3rd Annual Summit Racing Equipment Atlanta Motorama, including over 1,000 custom and show cars and vehicles from every decade in the last century.

Participant entry into the Atlanta Motorama is open to anything with an engine, ranging from classic cars, muscle cars, custom cars, imports, rat rods, hot rods, trucks, big rigs, motorcycles and even boats and RVs. Awards will be presented to hundreds of participants, and all participant entries will be eligible to win a portion of the nearly $20,000 in cash and prizes handed out at the show. Registration forms are available at www.atlantamotorama.com.

Admission to Motorama is $12 per day. Kids ages 6 through 11 will be admitted for $5, with kids 5 and under admitted for free.
