"Champions" and "Future Champions" took to the track for off season INEX Legends and Bandolero races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. More than a dozen drivers posted a win with the unique and fun format.

Legends and Bandolero "Champions" each competed in a two-segment, 40-lap race comprised of past winners. All "Future Champions" had a unique opportunity to earn a win as they participated in a 5-segment, 50-lap feature with a new winner crowned after each segment.

The Bandolero "Future Champions" feature saw Alto's Kenneth Henderson led the first seven laps of the opening segment before he got tangled up with Max Brady on lap eight as the pair battled for the lead in the exit of turn three. The caution pushed the pair to the back of the field on the ensuing restart. Henderson wasted no time and battled back to the front as he chased down Marietta's Kenneth Brady for the lead. The pair swapped the top spot out of turn four, but Kenneth Brady was able to hold off Henderson for the segment win.

Henderson would not be denied in the second segment as he used his second place finish to start on the pole. He dominated from flag to flag to earn a trip to victory lane. The third segment saw three different leaders before Trey Tadrzak emerged as the winner. Max Brady, who battled for the lead late in segment one, earned the win in segment four. Ashton Whitener was the winner of the fifth segment.

Cody Hall of Griffin was the dominate car in the first segment of the Legend's "Future Champions" feature race. Hall led all ten laps despite four cautions throughout the race that bunched the field up and brought the challengers to his rear bumper each time.

In the second segment, Rafe Slate of Eatonton led nine and a half laps but could not hold off Griffin's Hunter Johnson as the pair got together and spun out of turn four as they came to the checkered flag. This opened the door for Hudson Hadler to get by the leaders and post the feature victory. The Hadler brothers then went back-to-back as Harrison Hadler won the third segment. Harrison got by Bill Whatley of Acworth on lap three and never looked back as he drove to victory lane.

Johnson, who got together with Slate in the second segment, dominated all ten caution-free laps in the fourth segment for the win while Slate redeemed himself in the final segment as he led all ten laps to earn a trip to victory lane.

Keaton Hendrix earned the win in the Beginner Bandolero feature. Comprised of a field of drivers with limited experience, Hendrix qualified on the pole and led all 20 laps to earn the feature win. The Homerville, Georgia native held off Will Griffis as the pair pulled away from the rest of the field over the final six laps. Aprilia Holt of Senoia finished third.

Clay Thompson returned to victory lane with a dominating performance in the Bandolero "Champions" feature. Thompson led all 20 laps of the first segment as well as all 20 laps of the second segment for the win. Thompson was challenged by Nathan Jackson of McDonough early in the second segment before he pulled away and opened up a seven-car length lead on the field as he drove to victory lane.

The Legends "Champions" feature mirrored the Bandolero "Champions" feature with Jensen Jorgensen dominating all 40 laps except the Stockbridge native was disqualified in tech following the race. The battle for second late in the race between Will Martin of Douglasville and Stockbrige's Connor Younginer proved to be a battle for the win. Martin, who chased Jorgensen for much of the race, was passed with two laps to go by Younginer on the front stretch. The move earned Younginer a trip to victory lane.
