Today NASCAR and Atlanta Motor Speedway announced three more national series events that will be held at the historic speedway alongside its two NASCAR Cup Series events in 2022.

The Fr8Auctions 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race and a NASCAR Xfinity Series event will comprise Atlanta’s same-day NASCAR doubleheader on Saturday, March 19, 2022. Since 2015 the doubleheader has been a staple of Atlanta’s spring NASCAR weekend, packing twice the racing thrills into one ticket.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series returns to AMS on July 9, 2022, for a second visit to the historic 1.54-mile track, which is currently being reconfigured into a higher-banked, one-of-a-kind challenge for the NASCAR circuit.
