The twists and turns of the Atlanta Motorsports Park road course in Dawsonville provided a different challenge for the AMS Legends and Bandoleros this past weekend.

So did the Team Challenge, which grouped drivers from each Fall Five series division together to compete for an overall victory.

In Legends, each team featured a driver from each of four divisions: Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Masters, and Pro divisions. In the Bandoleros, each team had one driver in the Rookie, Bandit, and Outlaw divisions.

A 1-2 finish in the Pro/Masters feature by Dawson Fletcher and Doug Stevens lifted their team to a narrow victory in the Team Challenge. The 1st and 2nd place finishes, along with the points earned by teammates Ricky Springer and Michael Gannon in the Young Lions/Semi-Pro feature, gave the team 385 total points, just three points more than the second-place team.

In Bandoleros competition a 1st place finish by Garrett Gumm in the Rookie feature and a 2nd place finish by Lucas Ruark in the Bandits/Outlaw feature led to another narrow team victory. Those finishes, plus teammate Carson Ruark's 9th place finish in the Bandits/Outlaw feature, gave the team 294 points, again just three points more than the next closest team.

Each of the winning teams will be recognized and given a plaque for their accomplishment at the year-end banquet following the final race of the Fall Five Series on December 8.
