The penultimate week of the 2016 season of O'Reilly Auto Parts Friday Night Drags and Show-N-Shine got underway on the pit-lane drag strip at Atlanta Motor Speedway Friday night in the second-to-last chance for drivers to earn valuable points in the heated division championship battles.

In the Active Pest Control Pro Division, Griffin's David Clevenger got back into the win column after his four-week streak was snapped by Kevin Mayo in Week 14. On Friday, Clevenger flipped the script, getting the better of Mayo in the night's final race, and locking up the season championship with a comfortable margin heading into next week's finale.

Summit Racing Equipment Sportsman Division leader Jon Stovall of Fayetteville made his seventh trip to Victory Lane with a final round win over challenger Bonnie Queen of Jonesboro. Piloting his red 2006 Dodge Viper, Stovall has defeated the competition in every one of his points-season appearances and has a firm grip on the division title.

Kelvin Mills of Newnan notched his second straight win in the Harding Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Domestic Division behind the wheel of his 2000 Ford Mustang. Prior to last week, he had never advanced past the first round but now finds himself on a hot streak with one week remaining in the season.

Other repeat winners from Week 14 included Kelly Kilbourne of McDonough in the Domestic Advanced Division and Mike Chambers of Griffin in the Dynamic Towing Street Outlaw Division.

Winning for the first time on the season Friday night were Andrew Morgan of McDonough in the HeadsUpGeorgia.com Street Modified Division, Nicolas Feliciano of Griffin in the MetroPCS Tuner Division, Keith White of Luthersville in the Truck Advanced Division and Seth Fowler of Griffin in the Sport Bike Division.
